Steps to Report an Issue ​

  1. Access the Tooling Issue Reporting Channel: Click here to access the channel.

  2. Create a New Post: Start a new post within the channel.

  3. Subject: Add the subject line: Tooling Issue.

  4. Provide Information: In the message body, please provide the following details:

    • Tool Name: [Enter the name of the tool with the issue]
    • Issue Description: [Describe the issue encountered in detail]
    • Steps to Reproduce: [Provide step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue]
    • Expected Behavior: [Describe what you expected to happen]
    • Version: [Specify the version of the tool that has the issue]
    • Tool Type: [Specify the type of tool - Frontend/Backend/API]

Track the Resolution Progress ​

Once your issue is reported, our Tooling team will investigate and work towards resolving it. You can track the progress of your reported issue by visiting the Issue Tracker tab within this channel.
